Bodega Beans
- 1 can big white beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 slices bacon
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Cook the bacon. Remove the bacon from the pan, then sautee the onions and garlic in the fat.
Add the beans to the pan and warm.
Drizzle with good olive oil, crumble in the bacon, toss with Parmesan cheese.
